With over fifteen years of experience in energy trading, portfolio management and renewable energy, Emre brings strategic insight and expertise in market analysis, portfolio optimisation and asset management to Gain Enerji, which he founded in 2022, and to Gain Aggregation, of which he is a founding partner.
Emre began his career at Kinesis Enerji during the liberalisation of the Turkish electricity market, then led the trading unit at CK Enerji responsible for optimising the group supply companies' high-volume eligible consumer portfolios, market analysis and balancing group processes. He later served as executive responsible for new products, portfolio management and sales at Statkraft Türkiye, playing a key role in growing the renewable plant portfolio and improving commercial profitability.
After completing his secondary education at Adana Science High School, Emre graduated in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Middle East Technical University. He combines a strong technical foundation with deep market knowledge to deliver high value-added, effective solutions in the energy sector.
