Beginning his career in software and information technologies in 2005, Ersan has worked on numerous large-scale projects in both the public and private sectors, serving as project manager, business analytics consultant and corporate trainer. Using technologies such as machine learning models, database design, data warehouse architectures, ETL processes, OLAP cube configuration, advanced statistical analysis and forecasting techniques, he has made significant contributions to strengthening organisations' data-driven decision-making.
Ersan first encountered the energy sector through projects delivered for Türkiye's major electricity distribution and retail companies, and moved into the sector full time in 2015.
A graduate of the Department of Statistics at Hacettepe University, Ersan continues his work at Nexus Elektrik and Gain Aggregation with the aim of contributing to the digital transformation of the energy sector, improving efficiency through data-driven strategies and advancing Türkiye's energy ecosystem with current technologies.
